Yin Hejun, 54 years old, was appointed as a member of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Standing Committee at the end of March this year. Previously, he served as vice minister of science and technology.
Lu Yan, 54 years old, was appointed director of Beijing Development and reforming office at the end of November, 2014.
According to the reporter of Legal Evening News, at the 35th meeting of the 14th Municipal People’s Congress held on February 24 this year, Li Shixiang, Chen Gang and Lin Keqing resigned as deputy mayors of Beijing. Among them, the two Comrades Li Shixiang and linkeqing were adjusted due to their positions, while Comrade Chen Gang was transferred due to their work.
