The inspection team will work at least one month in the local area, with the main task of checking problems and promoting rectification, focusing on checking the implementation of the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on safety production by the provincial people’s government, implement the “opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the reform and development in the field of safety production”, the development of the work to curb serious accidents, improve and perfect the responsibility system of safety production, improve the situation of safety supervision system and mechanism, promote the situation of law and order, special rectification in key industries and strengthen the construction of safety infrastructure, etc.

It is understood that this year’s safety production inspection will plus-sized the on-site investigation and exposure of enterprises. To spot check the problems and hidden dangers found by enterprises on site, the inspection team directly put forward handling opinions and urged the local authorities to seriously investigate and implement them. If there are major hidden dangers in the enterprise but the local inspection has not been found or no punishment is found, the local government and the department shall be checked for responsibility. Typical violations and major hidden dangers found in inspections will be exposed in mainstream media.

Last year, the security committee of the State Council has divided two batches to Tianjin, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan Guizhou, Yunnan, 16 provincial people’s governments such as Shaanxi have carried out safety production inspections.
