The reporter learned from China Maritime Safety Administration on the 12th that the special rectification will achieve four “100%”, that is, the self-inspection rate of domestic sailing tanker and bulk liquid chemical tanker is 100%, and the inspection and verification rate of oil pollution prevention certificate of tanker is 100%, the inspection and verification rate of the applicable certificate of liquid chemical tanker in bulk is 100%, and the coverage rate of the ship special safety inspection is 100%.
This special rectification will investigate the hidden dangers of domestic sailing oil tankers and bulk liquid chemical ships, and focus on checking the ship inspection and technical status, the safety management of shipping companies and the ability of crew to perform their duties, oil and bulk liquid chemicals waterway transportation enterprises, Wharf safety production conditions and operation site safety operation, etc., severely crack down on the impact of ship safety operation, safe berthing, safety operations and other illegal acts that do not comply with the management and transportation of waterway dangerous goods.
On China Maritime Safety Administration, the special rectification activity plan for domestic navigation tanker and bulk liquid chemical ship has been issued. The special rectification plan requires that enterprises should strengthen safety education and training and emergency drills, improve the safety awareness and emergency response capability of all employees. Ensure capital investment in safe production, strengthen ship maintenance, improve ship technical status and improve safety management level.
