In mid-August 2016, Li found sun and Cao to buy 2 kilograms of methamphetamine (methamphetamine), and then sold 200 grams of methamphetamine to Chen, Yang and Wang (another case). In June 2016, Li purchased guns, accessories, shell case, warhead, nitrocotton, oven bottom and other accessories through the Internet, and began to manufacture guns and bullets in rental houses.
On August 17, 2016, the public security organs seized 30563.94 grams of suspected drugs (including 5166.11 grams of tablets, 978.36 grams of white crystals and 24419.47 grams of powder) on Li’s home, rental house and driving vehicles, at the same time, a batch of drug manufacturing tools and 4 guns, 122 bullets and 40 gun parts were seized.
The procuratorate held that the defendant Li sold and manufactured about 30763.94 grams of drugs containing methamphetamine, illegally manufacturing and trading firearms, and his behavior violated articles 347 and 125 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, the criminal responsibility should be investigated for the crime of selling and manufacturing drugs, illegally manufacturing, trading guns and ammunition; The defendants Cao MOU and Yang MOU sold and transported methamphetamine, Chen MOU, sun’s trafficking in methamphetamine and other acts violated the provisions of Article 37 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, and should be investigated for the crime of selling and transporting drugs respectively; The crime of selling drugs should be investigated for criminal responsibility.
After court investigation and court debate, the defendants admitted their crimes to the court. In view of the seriousness of the case, the presiding judge announced an end of the court, and announced the verdict after being submitted to the trial committee for discussion and decision by the collegial panel.
