Secretary of Hebei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection: zero tolerance for Xiong’an corruption

On April 10, Liang Huiling, member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the provincial commission for discipline inspection, stressed at the special study meeting of the theoretical learning center group of the supervision department of the provincial commission for discipline inspection that “four consciousness” should be strengthened practically, politics should be emphasized clearly, and mission responsibility should be strengthened, strengthen supervision, discipline and accountability, and provide strong discipline guarantee for resolutely implementing the decision-making and deployment of Xiong’an New District established by the Party Central Committee.

Liang Huiling pointed out that the establishment of Xiong’an New District is not only a rare historical opportunity for Hebei, but also a challenging historical examination.

The discipline inspection and supervision organs of the whole province should thoroughly study and implement the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches, especially on the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the planning and construction of Xiong’an New District, improve political standing and enhance political consciousness, strengthen the mission of supervising discipline and accountability, and maintain the political ecology of the new district.

We should focus on the overall requirements and functional orientation of the planning and construction of the new district, further emancipate our minds, renew our ideas, perform our duties with new ideas, new thinking and new ways, and study, answer and solve problems in practice.

We must conscientiously implement the requirements of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, put discipline and rules in front, strictly supervise, strictly enforce discipline, and strictly hold accountable to ensure that the planning and construction of the new district are healthy, orderly, clean and efficient.

We should carefully implement the “three distinguish” to the whole process of supervision, discipline enforcement and accountability, and accurately use the “four forms”.
