According to the news, heavy rain occurred in places such as Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi. From 8: 00 on April 10 to 6: 00 on November 11, the rainfall in the South weakened significantly, and heavy rain occurred in places such as northeastern Hunan, southeastern Hubei and northern Jiangxi, heavy rain falls at the junction of the three provinces (50~76mm); Snow or sleet 2~8mm in the central and western Gansu, northeastern Qinghai and other places.

Impact and attention

1. Pay attention to the relatively heavy rainfall and strong convective weather in south China from 12 to 13, and prevent the secondary disasters that may be caused by short-term heavy rainfall and the adverse effects of severe convective weather;
